“A good quartet is like a good conversation among friends interacting to each other’s ideas.” Stan Getz – the American tenor saxophonist who came to prominence in the late 1940s with Woody Herman’s big band. Getz is best known for popularizing the bossa nova in the hit single The Girl from Ipanema.

NEW The Project @ Club Marina, Bridge House, Caven’s Lane, Bridgetown starting at 8pm featuring band leader Mylon Clarke on sax, Shane Jones on keyboard, Jared Greaves on electric bass, and Dwayne Marshall on drums. This new instrumental quartet of young musicians plays swing, R&B, and pop.
